During your initial appointment we will get an understanding of your health concerns and goals. From there we will work together to create a comprehensive treatment plan that suits your needs. Treatment plans can involve diet and lifestyle counselling, nutrient supplementation, botanical medicine, and if appropriate an acupuncture protocol. Naturopathic services are covered by most extended health plans and I offer direct billing for most insurance companies.
